Is there a remedy for excessive sweating? A question that bothers lots of people around the world. For the majority, sweating is just a natural process, that's in no way a problem - it occurs only when working out, or lifting something heavy. For more than a hundred million people, however, it's a curse, which causes them to live in perpetual anxiety and worry.
You probably know the feeling of embarrassment, when you enter a crowded room and start thinking: "Will someone notice this". Usually the issue affects only certain areas - armpits, forehead, head or palms. In all of these cases, it's something you must fix - It greatly limits the way you live your life. Not to mention how severe the problem can become in the coming hot months - It can drive you crazy.
Here are a few tips, on how you can reduce sweating:
1. Mix about equal parts of regular baking soda and water - so that it forms a thick paste. Apply this paste on your armpits. When it dries, remove the excess soda. Do this a few times per day. Some people report good results with this.
2. Wear clothes, made out of polyester fabric - it's lightweight, dries quickly - almost 9 times faster than cotton, and let's air go through it, keeping your skin cool and dry.
3. Exercise regularly - regular exercise is a good remedy for excessive sweating - it conditions your sweat glands to produce less sweat when you're resting and not working.
